Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Structural Site Supervisor with strong practical knowledge of structural works and site execution. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing structural activities at construction sites, coordinating contractors and workers, and ensuring work is completed as per project requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day structural construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure proper execution of structural works as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, site engineers, and workers for smooth execution.
- Monitor activities such as RCC works, reinforcement, shuttering/formwork, concreting, masonry, and related structural works.
- Check workmanship and ensure compliance with required quality standards.
- Coordinate manpower and resources required for site activities.
- Identify site-level issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Monitor work progress and report daily site updates to the Project/Site Engineer.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and construction practices.
- Maintain proper coordination between different agencies and work teams.




- Ensure timely completion of assigned structural works as per project schedule.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in construction/site execution.
- Candidates with experience in contractor-based construction companies will be preferred.
- ITI or Diploma qualification in Civil/Construction or a related field is acceptable.
- Solid practical knowledge of structural works and site execution.
- Hands-on experience in supervising construction activities and workmen.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, site measurements, and execution methods.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Strong problem-solving and site management skills.
- Candidates with experience in building construction projects will be preferred.
