Position: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Surajpur Industrial Area, Greater Noida
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support and troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues at our client site in Surajpur Industrial Area, Greater Noida.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide onsite desktop and technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops and other IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN/networking connectivity issues.
- Provide support for MS Office, Outlook and printer-related issues.
- Perform basic user and system administration activities.
- Maintain IT assets and ensure proper tracking of equipment.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team.
- Ensure timely resolution of user issues and maintain service quality.





Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in Desktop/IT Support.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS and computer hardware troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of LAN/networking.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and printers.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory (AD) will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and troubleshooting skills.

Candidate Requirements

- 6 Months – 1 Year of relevant experience.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates must be comfortable working onsite at Surajpur Industrial Area, Greater Noida.
- Only candidates residing nearby and able to commute conveniently to the site should apply.
- Candidates should be comfortable with the offered salary range of ₹15,000–₹17,000 per month.

Pay: ₹8,800.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
