Job Summary

The Housekeeping Assistant is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort in guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces. The role ensures that all areas are neat, tidy and well-maintained to enhance guest satisfaction and overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms and assigned public areas according to company standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels and replenish guest supplies as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness of corridors, stairways and service areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure proper usage, storage and care of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Follow hygiene, health and safety regulations at all times.
- Assist with laundry and linen management as required.
- Provide courteous and skilled assistance to guests when approached.




- Support the housekeeping team in deep-cleaning and special projects.

Requirements

- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred (hospitality experience is an advantage).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina to handle manual tasks and long working hours.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
