Project Manager – HVAC

Location: Mumbai & Multiple Locations
Experience: 10–15 Years overall, with a minimum of 3 years in HVAC
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute single or multiple HVAC projects from start to final handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMCs, and other stakeholders for smooth and timely execution.
- Ensure proper HVAC technical execution, quality, and safety standards.
- Manage site resources, including engineers, labour contractors, and inventory.
- Monitor project billing, payment collections, costs, and project P&L.;
- Identify project challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Keep clients and management informed about critical project issues.
- Ensure timely project completion, handover, and final closure.
- Guide and train junior/site engineers.

Key Requirement: Solid technical knowledge of HVAC with hands-on experience in HVAC project execution and project management.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
