Experience: 5+ years in supervisory/industrial/plant operations preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall supervision of plant activities and manpower
- Security, discipline and access control
- Coordination with Production, Maintenance, Stores, Admin & HR
- Supervision of mechanical/maintenance activities and breakdown support
- Monitoring safety, PPE, 5S and workplace discipline
- Manpower deployment and daily work allocation
- Monitoring material movement, tools, equipment and company assets
- Handling emergencies and incident reporting
- Maintaining daily reports and ensuring smooth plant operations
Candidate Profile:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
