- Ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.
- Planning & organizing production schedules, Line Planning, Target Fixation, Hourly Monitoring, WIP, Goods work Method & Maintenance planning. Achieving of the plan.
- Planning from cutting to Packing.
- Production Planning and control.
- Conducting Production Meeting as per order, Waste control, Schedule all Style to be cut, Sewn, Finished as per time.
- Daily Basis Follow up of the Process.
- Responsible for the Entire Factory Production , Planning , Quality.
- Reporting to Director of the Factory Daily Production.
- Implementation and Monitoring Continual improvement Project related to Production & Quality.




- Supervising of all Production Process in the factory. Involved in day to day Cutting, Printing, Embroidery, Stitching, Finishing, Packing .
- Guideline & close Monitoring in cutting, Printing , Embroidery, Stitching & Finishing Packing.
- Ensure to Maximum utilization of fabric and minimum generation of waste.
- Organizing relevant training sessions.
- Must also be able to handle responsibility and the pressure of meeting deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
