Telesales Executive – International BPO

Job Summary:
Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Telesales Executives for international sales processes. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, customer handling, promoting company services, follow-ups, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to international customers and business prospects.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Explain company products and services to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle objections, negotiate, and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Update customer and lead information in the CRM/system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain professional communication with international customers.
- Follow company sales processes, calling guidelines, and quality standards.





Requirements

- Good English communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in an international BPO environment.
- International BPO, telesales, B2B sales, or outbound sales experience is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a solid interest in sales can apply.
