* Handle hotel, resort & private pool villa reservations from enquiry to confirmation.
* Respond to customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp & email.
* Check availability, rates, room/villa details and coordinate with properties.
* Follow up with enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
* Manage booking confirmations, modifications, cancellations and guest requests.
* Coordinate closely with hotels, resorts, villas and internal teams.
* Build and maintain valuable relationships with our property partners.
* Ensure all booking details, payments and confirmations are accurately updated.
* Assist guests with reservation-related queries and provide quick solutions.
* Handle multiple bookings and enquiries while maintaining excellent customer service.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
