About the Role

TechSimba Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to work with us as an independent contractor on a remote basis.

The role focuses on identifying potential B2B clients, introducing TechSimba's IT services and SaaS products, developing business relationships, and generating successful sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and contact potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, email, phone, and skilled networks.

Generate and qualify new sales leads.

Introduce TechSimba's IT services and SaaS products to prospective clients.

Understand client requirements and coordinate initial discussions.

Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process.

Develop and maintain professional client relationships.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.

Coordinate with the TechSimba team to support successful client onboarding and conversion.

Requirements

Experience in B2B sales, business development, SaaS sales, or IT services sales is preferred.





Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to independently identify and approach potential clients.

Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Experience using LinkedIn, email outreach, or other B2B lead-generation channels.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Compensation

This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity.

No fixed monthly salary.

- Commission is paid for successful business conversions as per the company's applicable incentive structure.
- The applicable commission structure will be explained during the interview/discussion.
- There are no application, registration, training, or joining fees.

Work Arrangement

Fully Remote – No regular office attendance is required.

The position can be performed from anywhere, subject to applicable company requirements.
