WE’RE HIRING | Front Desk and Sales Executive

- Role: Front Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers professionally at the front desk.

Handle customer enquiries, calls and WhatsApp queries.

Explain services, packages, bookings and trial options.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings/sales.

Manage customer registrations, bookings and basic documentation.

Maintain customer/lead records and update CRM or Excel.

Coordinate with trainers and the studio team for smooth customer experience.

Handle customer concerns and provide timely assistance.

Support membership renewals and repeat business.

Achieve assigned sales and customer service targets.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, presentable and customer-friendly personality.

Valuable convincing and sales skills.

Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.

Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM.

Freshers can apply.

Experience in front desk, sales, hospitality, fitness,



retail, beauty, lifestyle or customer-facing roles is a plus.
