Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales manager to build and manage relationships with dentists, dental clinics, and healthcare professionals. The role involves promoting Smile Aligners, developing current business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with dentists, clinics, and healthcare partners.
- Promote toothsi products and services to B2B clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and partner onboarding.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure partner satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and delivery.

Requirements





- 1–5 years of experience in Medical Representative, Pharma, Healthcare, Dental Sales, or B2B Field Sales.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
- Local market knowledge is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Science, Pharma, or Healthcare background preferred.
- Prior experience in dental or aligner sales is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
