- Lead formulation and product development for the solvent-based coatings division, with a focus on direct-to-metal (DTM) systems.
- Develop epoxy and PU DTM coatings that deliver adhesion and corrosion protection on steel without a separate primer.
- Translate customer and project specifications into suitable coating systems and formulations.
- Manage product scale-up from laboratory to plant production.
- Work exclusively on the solvent-based coatings vertical.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
