Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a Telecaller Executive to connect with and follow up with our existing clients. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with clients, understanding their requirements, providing necessary information, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing clients and maintain regular communication.
- Follow up with clients regarding their ongoing requirements and services.
- Understand client queries and provide appropriate information or coordinate with the concerned team.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients.
- Record call details, client feedback, requirements, and follow-up status.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients as required.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
- Identify client concerns and escalate them to the concerned department when necessary.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.





Requirements

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, client handling, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Ability to handle clients professionally and patiently.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Knowledge of Telugu, Hindi, and English is an advantage.
- Candidates should be target-oriented and willing to work in a team.

Preferred Experience

0–1 years of experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / Sales / Client Relationship.
