Job Description:
We are looking for a Quality Inspector for our automobile sprockets manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting sprockets and related components to ensure they meet company quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect sprockets for dimensions, surface finish, and defects.
- Use gauges, Vernier calipers, micrometers, and MOP gauges for measurement.
- Maintain inspection records and report deviations.
- Coordinate with production team to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.
Requirements:
- Fresher or experienced candidates (minimum 1–2 years in manufacturing/inspection).
- Knowledge of measurement instruments and quality checks.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
- Basic computer skills for documentation.
