We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and support clients with their investment and trading needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Meet clients at their offices or preferred locations to build relationships, understand their investment needs, and provide personalized support.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and service requests.
- Onboard new clients and assist with account opening and documentation.
- Cross-sell and promote investment products and value-added services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong client-focused attitude
- Interest in or basic knowledge of the stock market and investments
- Prior experience in financial services will be an added advantage
