Job Summary

We are looking for a polite, hardworking, and customer-focused F&B; Service Steward to join our hospitality team at Peaceful Stays, Dalhousie. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and serve guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders and serve them accurately.
- Set up and clear tables before and after guest service.
- Ensure proper presentation of food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
- Assist with buffet setup and service when required.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely food service.
- Handle guest requests and provide prompt assistance.
- Maintain cutlery,



crockery, glassware, and other service equipment.
- Follow hotel standards, hygiene practices, and safety procedures.
- Perform other F&B; service duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

- Previous experience in hotel/restaurant F&B; service is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude may also apply.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Well-groomed, polite, and disciplined.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
