Quality Analyst + CMS Web Developer

Location: Ahmedabad – WFO

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst with hands-on CMS/Web Development experience. The role will primarily focus on website QA across CMS and eCommerce platforms, while also supporting frontend development, troubleshooting, and CRO implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, regression, UAT, smoke, sanity, exploratory, and end-to-end testing of websites.
- Test websites across desktop, tablet, mobile, and major browsers.
- Test website features, bug fixes, integrations, CRO changes, forms, navigation, search, filters, checkout, payments, accounts, and eCommerce workflows.
- Create and maintain detailed bug reports with reproduction steps, severity, priority, screenshots/videos, and expected vs. actual results.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, PMs, marketing, and CRO teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Retest fixes and conduct regression testing before and after production releases.
- Validate Figma-to-development implementation, UI/UX, responsiveness, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Perform basic API, SEO, analytics/tracking, and website performance validation.
- Support website development and troubleshooting, including minor HTML/CSS/JavaScript and CMS changes.

CMS & eCommerce Platforms

Robust QA experience with:
WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Joomla, Magento/Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, WooCommerce and similar platforms.

Development exposure to WordPress themes/plugins, WooCommerce, Shopify/Liquid, Wix Studio/Velo, Joomla, Magento, and BigCommerce is preferred.

Technical Skills

- Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,



jQuery, Bootstrap/Tailwind
- API: REST APIs, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, JSON
- Backend: Basic PHP/Node.js, MySQL
- Testing/Debugging: Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights
- Analytics: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel
- SEO: Meta tags, headings, redirects, sitemap, robots.txt, broken links
- Tools: Jira, Zoho, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, GitHub Issues

Nice to Have

- Playwright, Cypress, Selenium
- API automation / automated regression testing
- Git, CI/CD, Linux
- Cloud hosting, DNS, SSL, CDN, Cloudflare
- CRO and A/B testing tools

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of QA/website testing experience
- Strong hands-on experience with CMS and eCommerce websites
- Strong knowledge of functional, regression, UAT, and cross-browser testing
- Experience managing bug lists and QA cycles independently
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS development
- Ability to troubleshoot frontend/CMS issues and work closely with developers
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ownership of website quality
- Ability to manage multiple websites/projects and handle QA from staging to production
