JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Mocktail Counter Executive / Mocktail Bartender

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Mocktail Counter Executive to manage the mocktail/beverage counter, prepare high-quality mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages, maintain hygiene standards, and provide excellent service to guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve mocktails, fresh juices, shakes, smoothies, and other non-alcoholic beverages.
- Follow standardized recipes and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
- Create attractive and creative mocktail presentations and garnishes.
- Ensure proper mise-en-place and availability of all required ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the mocktail counter, equipment, utensils, and storage area.
- Check the quality and freshness of fruits, syrups, juices, herbs, and other ingredients.
- Maintain proper stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages or requirements.
- Follow FIFO and proper food-storage practices.
- Minimize wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
- Take beverage orders accurately and coordinate with the service team and kitchen.
- Maintain proper portion control and follow company pricing and billing procedures.
- Handle beverage equipment safely and report any malfunction immediately.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and restaurant SOPs.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous behavior with guests.




- Assist in developing new mocktail recipes and seasonal beverage menus.
- Perform other F&B; duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of mocktails, juices, shakes, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Basic knowledge of beverage presentation and garnishing.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy restaurant hours.
- Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
- Ability to maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
- Basic knowledge of stock handling and inventory control.
- Creative approach to beverage preparation is an advantage.

Experience & Qualification

- Qualification: Minimum 10th/12th pass; hospitality/F&B; certification is an advantage.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or beverage counter preferred.
- Freshers with good beverage-making skills may also be considered.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.
Food & Accommodation: As per company policy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
