Job Title: Lab Technician

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Lab Technician to perform laboratory tests, handle patient samples, and maintain accurate test records while following quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, receive, label, and process blood, urine, and other clinical samples.
- Perform routine laboratory tests as per standard procedures.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Record and verify test results accurately.
- Follow infection control, safety, and quality-control protocols.
- Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of the laboratory.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff regarding laboratory reports.

Qualification:
DMLT / B.Sc. MLT or equivalent qualification.

Experience:
1–3 years or relevant laboratory experience preferred.

Skills:
Good technical knowledge, attention to detail, accuracy, teamwork, and communication skills.
