We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive – Sales & Closure to join our healthcare sales team in Indore.

This is a closure-focused sales role where you will handle interested leads, understand customer requirements, explain our healthcare services and SVF Therapy, follow up with potential customers, handle objections and convert leads into consultations and successful sales.

The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive and comfortable working towards sales and conversion targets.

Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
- Connect with interested and qualified leads.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant information about our services.
- Explain SVF Therapy and healthcare solutions clearly.
- Build trust and maintain qualified relationships with customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle customer queries, concerns and objections.
- Convince customers and move qualified leads towards closure.
- Schedule video consultations with in-house doctors.
- Follow up with customers after consultations.




- Convert leads into appointments and successful sales.
- Take ownership of leads from initial contact to final closure.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, Sales or Business Development.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good objection-handling and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales closure.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
- Healthcare or wellness sales experience is an advantage.
