Job Description

Roomy Furniture & Interior is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Supervisor to lead our showroom sales team and drive customer conversions.

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily showroom sales activities, guiding sales staff, handling important customers, following up on enquiries, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and guide the showroom sales team on a daily basis.
- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
- Attend important customers and assist the team in closing high-value sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture and interior solutions.
- Monitor customer enquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
- Track quotations, pending orders, and customer conversions.
- Ensure sales staff follow proper customer-handling and follow-up procedures.
- Coordinate with the Interior Design team for design-related enquiries.
- Coordinate with accounts, production, delivery, and installation teams when required.
- Monitor showroom presentation, product displays, and customer experience.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports for management.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve conversion rates.
- Train and motivate sales staff.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate for quick resolution.
- Ensure proper product knowledge among the sales team.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Sales Performance Responsibilities

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for:

- Monthly sales target achievement.
- Team sales performance.
- Enquiry-to-sale conversion.
- Follow-up of pending quotations.
- Customer satisfaction.
- Repeat and referral business.
- Average order value.
- Individual salesperson performance.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, home furnishings, or retail.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team-lead role is preferred.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Hindi is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of furniture and interior products is preferred.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Strong follow-up and closing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.

Ideal Candidate

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
