About SUPERPETS

SUPERPETS is a veterinary multi-speciality hospital in Khar East, Mumbai, providing comprehensive healthcare for pets. We are looking for a friendly, organised and responsible Veterinary Hospital Receptionist to join our front office team.

Job Summary

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for pet parents visiting the hospital. You will manage appointments, calls, walk-ins, billing support and coordination with doctors and other hospital departments while ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist pet parents and their pets professionally.
- Manage appointments, walk-ins and follow-up visits.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages and client enquiries.
- Coordinate appointments and patient flow with veterinarians and hospital staff.
- Maintain accurate client and patient information in the hospital management system.
- Assist with billing, invoices and basic cash/UPI transactions.
- Support pharmacy/product counter sales and basic inventory activities when required.
- Handle client questions and concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Make reminder and follow-up calls for vaccinations, consultations and treatments.




- Maintain an organised, clean and pet-friendly reception area.
- Support the front office team with general administrative tasks.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in reception, front office, customer service or hospitality.
- Veterinary or medical reception experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English,
- Comfortable interacting with pets and pet parents.
- Good customer-service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy hospital environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Experience with billing or hospital management software is an advantage.
- Graduate preferred but not mandatory.
