Construction Manager

Technoculture Building Centre Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site execution of residential and commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end site management — from planning and resource allocation to quality control and timely handover — ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and workmanship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day site operations

across all phases of construction

- Prepare and monitor project schedules, ensuring milestones

are met as per the master plan

- Liaise with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams to

resolve on-site design and execution issues

- Manage and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and labour

contractors

- Monitor material procurement, inventory, and vendor

coordination to avoid delays

- Enforce quality control and adherence to approved drawings,

specifications, and building codes

- Implement and audit site safety protocols in line with statutory

and company requirements

- Track project budgets and cost variances; report regularly to

senior management

- Conduct periodic site inspections and maintain accurate





progress documentation

- Coordinate with government authorities and consultants for

approvals and inspections

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or diploma with equivalent field experience)

5–10 years of hands-on experience in construction site management, preferably on residential/township or commercial building projects

- Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and RCC/structural work

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings

- Familiarity with MS Project / Primavera for scheduling, and MS Excel for reporting

- Sound understanding of safety standards, labour management, and statutory compliance (RERA, local municipal norms)

- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple contractors and vendors

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES

- Prior experience managing projects of similar scale in Bihar/Eastern India is an advantage

- Certification in construction/project management (PMP, RERA compliance training) is a plus

- Willingness to be based on-site and available for extended working hours during critical project phases

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
