About Us

Cubix Digital Solutions is the digital back office and technology partner to one of Europe's leading jewellery retailers. Based in Mumbai and Hyderabad, our team of 40+ professionals develops and manages eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, business automation, and digital transformation projects for an international client base.

As we expand internationally, we're looking for an experienced IT/eCommerce Project Manager — someone who has genuinely managed software, ERP, or online retail technology projects, not general business or non-technical projects.

The Role

We need a Project Manager who is comfortable sitting between business stakeholders and technical teams — someone who can read a functional spec, understand what a developer is telling them, and translate both ways fluently. You'll manage a portfolio of concurrent eCommerce, ERP, and web development projects, working directly with Odoo, Magento, and web development teams.

This role is not a fit for candidates without direct software/technology project experience — general project management backgrounds (construction, events, operations, non-tech industries) will not meet the requirements of this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications, user stories, and workflows
- Manage multiple concurrent eCommerce and IT projects across business functions
- Coordinate directly with Odoo, Magento, web development, and design teams
- Plan, prioritize, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using structured PM tools
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies before they become delivery problems
- Manage change requests and validate requirements with business users
- Coordinate with external technology vendors, SEO agencies,



and software providers
- Lead project meetings, document actions, and drive follow-through
- Own UAT coordination, testing sign-off, and production release planning
- Report project status clearly to senior management
- Continuously identify technology-driven process improvements

Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

- 4+ years of Project Management experience specifically in software, ERP, or eCommerce/digital projects — not general project management
- Demonstrable experience managing web development, ERP implementation, or eCommerce platform projects (please specify platforms used in your application/CV)
- Strong working understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Ability to read and discuss technical concepts confidently with developers — you don't need to code, but you must understand architecture, APIs, and system integration at a working level
- Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies in a real project setting
- Experience using PM tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Strong stakeholder management, written documentation, and cross-functional communication skills
- High ownership — someone who drives projects rather than just tracks them

Strongly Preferred (Will Be Prioritized)

- Direct experience with Odoo ERP and/or Magento / Adobe Commerce
- Experience managing API integrations between systems (ERP ↔ eCommerce ↔ third-party tools)
- Experience coordinating digital marketing, SEO, or website optimization projects




- Experience with business process automation initiatives
- Prior experience working with international/European clients or distributed teams

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
