Job Summary

Dyna Tours India is looking for an experienced Senior Global Visa Executive to handle international visa enquiries, documentation, applications and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Tourist, Visit & Business Visa applications for major international destinations.
- Advise clients on visa requirements, documentation and application procedures.
- Independently manage applications from enquiry to submission and follow-up.
- Handle visa applications for UK, Canada, USA, Schengen, Australia, New Zealand and other major destinations.
- Verify documents and ensure applications are complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with clients and internal Holiday & Ticketing teams.
- Maintain visa records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant visa consultancy/travel industry experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of UK, Canada, Schengen, USA and other international visa processes.
- Excellent client communication and consultation skills.




- Solid documentation and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently handle visa cases.

Important: Freshers are not eligible. This is a full-time on-site position at our Changanassery office.
