What Youll Be Doing

- Industry-Focused Hiring: Source, attract, and place high-calibre professionals across Construction, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, EPC, data centres, semiconductors, BioPharma, and other advanced industry sectors.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilise innovative sourcing methods across job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and industry networks to identify top talent.
- Candidate Engagement: Develop and maintain solid relationships with specialist talent pools, building long-term candidate pipelines.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Bullhorn, including job postings, candidate activity, interview feedback, and placement information.
- Client Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Market Networking: Represent NES Fircroft at industry events, job fairs, networking functions, and talent attraction initiatives.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, industry standards,



and regulatory requirements.
- Performance Delivery: Achieve and exceed individual recruitment targets, KPIs, and agreed hiring timelines.

What Were Looking For

- Industry Experience: Proven recruitment experience within manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, BioPharma, Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, or related technical sectors.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience using applicant tracking systems,



with Bullhorn experience preferred.
- Communication Skills: Confident and engaging communicator with the ability to build credibility with candidates and clients.
- Organisation Skills: Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Results Orientation: Motivated by achieving targets, delivering quality outcomes, and exceeding expectations.
- Relationship Building: Skilled at developing and maintaining strong professional networks and candidate pipelines.
