Were Hiring: Business Analyst
Experience: 4–6 years
Location: Multiple Locations
Shift: Evening IST coverage (client in PST)
What youll do: ✅ Gather and document business and functional requirements ✅ Manage stakeholders across business, technical, and clinical teams ✅ Own the product roadmap and support sprint planning ✅ Maintain epics, user stories, and backlog in JIRA ✅ Write clear user stories with detailed acceptance criteria ✅ Design As-Is and To-Be business processes ✅ Mentor and guide junior BAs
Valuable to have: Clinical data and healthcare domain knowledge This is a client-facing role, so strong communication skills are a must!
Pay: ₹418,000.00 - ₹1,040,000.00 per year
