Sales Associate

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Roll
Salary: ₹19,000–₹35,000 CTC per month
Annual CTC Range: ₹2.35 LPA–₹4.20 LPA

Salary Structure

- 0–23 months of experience: ₹19,000 CTC per month
- 24+ months of experience: ₹21,000–₹35,000 CTC per month

Job Responsibilities

- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, sunglasses, and accessories.
- Improve sales conversion through upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle billing, digital payments, and customer queries.
- Support daily store operations and inventory management.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduation preferred; eligibility will be as per company norms.
- Relevant retail sales experience preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience preferred.




- Experience as a Senior Sales Associate or Team Leader will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English (B2 level or above), Hindi, and the local language.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Solid customer-handling skills and a target-oriented approach.

Training Details

- Training Location: Chennai only
- Training Duration: 15–20 days
- Meal Benefit: One-time lunch provided during training.
- Travel Support: Training-related travel expenses will be provided as per company policy.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
