Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, polite, and customer-focused Call Centre Executive to handle customer calls, provide information about our products/services, resolve customer queries, and maintain good relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make and receive customer calls professionally.
- Explain products, services, offers, and company policies to customers.
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a polite and effective manner.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and performance targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams when required.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while communicating with customers.

Requirements





- candidate with good communication skills.
- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good command of Hindi and Punjabi; basic English communication preferred.
- Pleasant personality and confident telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use MS Office/CRM software.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
