Position: Technical Support – Voice
Process: International Voice Process
Experience: Experienced Candidates Only

Salary: ₹28,000 Per Month In-Hand
CTC: Up to ₹34,000
Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,000/-
Incentives: Unlimited Performance-Based Incentives
Cab: Two-Way Cab Facility
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs
Shift: Rotational Shifts

Key Requirements

- International Voice / Technical Support Experience is Mandatory
- Excellent English communication skills
- Valuable technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts




- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Handle technical support calls from international customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues
- Provide clear and effective technical assistance
- Maintain customer service and quality standards
- Document and follow up on customer issues when required
