Position: MIS Executive – BPO
Experience: 2–5 Years
We are looking for an MIS Executive with robust Advanced Excel and BPO reporting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Track Calls, AHT, Login Hours, Productivity, Conversion & Sales.
- Handle Ameyo/Dialer & CRM reports.
- Prepare agent/team/process-wise performance reports.
- Analyze data and identify performance gaps.
- Maintain accurate trackers and provide ad-hoc reports to management.
- Use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS and Excel dashboards.
Required: BPO MIS experience, Advanced Excel, good analytical skills and attention to detail.
