- Manage projects from project initiation through final erection, commissioning and handover.
- Plan, execute and monitor EPC and material handling projects in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements.
- Handle projects related to pneumatic conveying systems, ash handling systems, bulk material handling, pressure vessels, control valves and pneumatic/actuated valves.
- Review and understand technical and commercial specifications, contracts, purchase orders and client requirements and prepare execution plans.
- Develop and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Prepare project execution plans, baseline schedules, progress reports, MIS and milestone trackers.
- Conduct and coordinate Kick-off Meetings, PIMs, design reviews and project review meetings.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, quality, finance, logistics, site and other internal departments for timely project execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Expedite engineering documents, drawings, technical submissions and approvals from clients within agreed timelines.
- Resolve technical queries and coordinate with clients and internal engineering teams for timely closure.
- Monitor procurement activities and expedite purchase orders, manufacturing, inspection, dispatch and receipt of materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely availability of project materials and equipment.




- Monitor project progress against planned milestones and take corrective actions for delays.
- Manage site erection, installation, testing and commissioning activities in coordination with site engineers and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site reviews and obtain daily/weekly progress updates.
- Finalize and manage subcontractors for erection, installation and other project-related activities.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, billing, cash flow and commercial commitments.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of invoices, payment follow-ups and bank guarantees.
- Track contractual milestones and support management in claim management, extension of time and commercial negotiations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure timely resolution of project-related concerns.
- Ensure compliance with ASME codes, applicable engineering standards, quality requirements and project specifications.
- Coordinate project documentation, as-built documents, commissioning reports and final project handover.
- Maintain accurate project data and documentation through ERP and project management systems.
- Identify project risks, delays and bottlenecks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, within budget, on schedule and as per agreed technical specifications.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
