- Project Finance & Cost Control
- Budgeting & Cash Flow Management
- MIS & Financial Reporting
- GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance
- Vendor / Contractor Payments
- Customer Collections & Receivables
- Banking & Working Capital
- Audit & Team Management

Preferred: Candidates with robust experience in Real Estate / Construction / Property Development.
