About French Excel

French Excel is an online French language education platform that helps learners develop their French language skills through structured, interactive online courses.

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable French Instructors to join our teaching team and conduct live online French classes for learners from A1 to B2 level.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live online French classes for assigned batches from A1 to B2 level.
- Follow the provided course structure, lesson plans, and learning objectives.
- Teach and explain French grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
- Develop students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities.
- Conduct interactive activities, exercises, and practice sessions.
- Provide constructive feedback and support students throughout the course.
- Monitor student participation and progress.
- Maintain a professional and engaging online learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students and the French Excel team.
- Use online teaching platforms and digital resources such as Google Meet, Zoom, presentations, and shared documents.

Requirements

- Excellent command of French and English.
- Strong knowledge of French grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and everyday communication.
- Ability to teach French at A1–B2 levels.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Previous French teaching, tutoring, or training experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the CEFR framework (A1–B2)

- A quiet and suitable environment for conducting online classes.
- Good time management and reliability.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with strong French proficiency and an interest in teaching are encouraged to apply, even if they do not have formal teaching experience.

Compensation

₹3,500 per batch.

An instructor may be assigned multiple batches, with compensation calculated based on the number of batches assigned.

For example:

2 batches = ₹7,000
3 batches = ₹10,500
4 batches = ₹14,000

Work Mode

100% Remote / Work from Home

All classes are conducted online. Instructors can work remotely provided they have the required equipment, a stable internet connection, and a suitable environment for teaching.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates may be invited for an online interview and/or a brief teaching demonstration as part of the selection process.
