Identify new project opportunities, draft concept notes, DPRs, feasibility studies, activity timelines, and project budgets/cash flows. Education: Any Graduation Degree (Preferred: MSW, MBA, BSW, Rural Development, Development Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, or Project Management). Key Skills:
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive, Internet & PDF tools.
- Technical writing skills for Project Proposals, Budget Preparation, Data Analysis, and Report Writing.Communication: Fluency in Malayalam and English.
