About the Role

Mana & Kias Infrastructures Limited is looking for an experienced Billing & Planning Engineer to be based at our Bangalore Head Office. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, billing coordination, progress monitoring, documentation, and coordination with project sites and various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have Railway / Infrastructure project experience, good working knowledge of relevant planning and billing software, strong Excel skills, and good English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, and progress programmes.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and planned milestones.
- Coordinate with site teams to collect and verify daily/weekly/monthly progress data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
- Prepare and monitor project billing documentation, measurements, and supporting records.
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, clients, and internal departments for billing-related activities.
- Review quantities, measurements, work progress, and supporting documents for billing.
- Track planned versus actual progress and identify delays or deviations.
- Assist in preparing catch-up plans and recovery schedules for delayed activities.
- Maintain project planning and billing records and ensure timely submission of reports.




- Prepare progress presentations and MIS reports for management review.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Billing teams, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project milestones and provide timely updates on project status.
- Support management in identifying project risks, delays, and areas requiring corrective action.
- Ensure proper documentation and coordination between the Bangalore Head Office and project sites.

Candidate Profile

- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 4–10 years of relevant experience in Planning and Billing.
- Railway / Infrastructure project experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and billing.
- Experience with relevant planning and billing software.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including preparation of MIS and project reports.
- Good understanding of project measurements, quantities, and billing procedures.
- Good English communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with site teams, consultants, clients, and internal departments.
- Robust analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Candidates with Railway / EPC project experience will be preferred.
