Experience: 3–5 years | Industry: FMCG / CPG / D2C / Consumer Brand

Key Responsibilities

- Own social media strategy and content calendars for Instagram & LinkedIn.
- Lead Instagram content across Reels, Stories, carousels and creator collaborations.
- Manage influencer/creator partnerships, trends and content campaigns.
- Drive LinkedIn content across corporate, employer brand, leadership and culture.
- Ghostwrite content for founders and senior leaders.
- Manage community engagement, social listening and reputation/crisis response.
- Work with creative agencies, brand, PR, HR, e-commerce and performance teams.
- Track performance, optimize content and manage social/creator budgets.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of social media experience, with 2+ years in FMCG/CPG/D2C/consumer brands.
- Strong Instagram portfolio with proven reach and engagement growth.
- Excellent English copywriting and strong visual/video judgement.
- Hands-on experience with creator/influencer campaigns in India.




- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics and social media scheduling/listening tools.
- Solid stakeholder, agency management and crisis-handling skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; marketing/communications is a plus.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
