US Recruiter

Shift: US Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented US Recruiter to handle recruitment for Non-IT and Healthcare positions across the US. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified candidates for US IT, Non-IT and Healthcare positions through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Understand job descriptions, client requirements, and candidate qualifications.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, location, work authorization, and job requirements.
- Contact candidates and explain job opportunities, responsibilities, and requirements.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Stay updated with US hiring practices, market trends,



and recruitment requirements.

Preferred Experience

- 1+ year of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment preferred.
- Experience in Non-IT and/or Healthcare Recruitment will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of US recruitment and hiring processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Comfortable working in the US shift.
