Job Title: Social Media Executive

Role Overview: The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing the company's social media presence, creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and maintaining audience engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Plan and manage social media campaigns for brand promotion and lead generation.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to develop creative assets.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare periodic reports on engagement, reach, followers, and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and platform changes.
- Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, and corporate communications initiatives.

Required Skills





- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Content creation and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media advertising.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
- Creativity and attention to detail.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Experience in B2B marketing is an added advantage.
