Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid advertising, campaign optimization, lead generation, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media campaigns.
- Develop strategies for lead generation, conversions, and customer acquisition.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and other key metrics.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
- Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, tools,



and platform updates.

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Valuable understanding of paid advertising, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency is an advantage.
