Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused D2C Sales Executive to drive direct-to-consumer sales through online platforms, retail channels, and customer outreach programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of eCommerce, consumer buying behavior, and excellent sales & communication skills to convert leads into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales via D2C channels including website, marketplaces (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, Flipkart), social commerce, and retail outlets.
- Execute product promotions, campaigns, and offers to increase conversions.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone to guide purchase decisions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate and qualify leads through social media, CRM, and marketing funnel.
- Ensure smooth order processing, coordination with logistics, and post-sale support.
- Analyze customer feedback and buying patterns to optimize product offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design sales materials and digital campaigns.
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, and customer data using CRM tools.




- Stay updated on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in D2C, B2C, or eCommerce sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of D2C platforms, digital ads, and customer experience.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and order management systems.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
- Passionate about delivering value and building customer relationships.

Preferred:

- Experience in a startup or fast-growing D2C brand.
- Exposure to influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, or online brand building.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
