- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, control panels, MCCs, PCCs, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, relays, contactors, and control circuits.
- Ensure smooth operation of production machinery by minimizing electrical breakdowns and downtime.
- Conduct regular inspection of electrical panels, cables, motors, transformers, DG sets, UPS systems, and other electrical equipment.
- Perform electrical installation, modification, and commissioning of current machines and equipment.
- Maintain and update electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, panel schedules, and maintenance records.
- Monitor and maintain power distribution systems within the plant.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for planned maintenance activities.
- Identify recurring electrical problems and implement root-cause analysis (RCA)



and corrective actions.
- Maintain adequate inventory of critical electrical spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, PPE requirements, LOTO procedures, and statutory regulations.
- Support energy-saving initiatives and identify opportunities to reduce electrical power consumption.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers whenever required.
- Maintain daily maintenance reports, breakdown records, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Participate in 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
