We are looking for an experienced Site Electrical Engineer to manage and supervise electrical works for our large building construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute electrical works as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
- Handle electrical works for large building projects, including residential, commercial, institutional and industrial buildings.
- Coordinate installation of LT panels, DBs, cables, conduits, cable trays, earthing, lighting, power distribution and other electrical systems.
- Review electrical drawings, BOQ, specifications and shop drawings and ensure proper site execution.
- Coordinate with Civil, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and other MEP teams to avoid site conflicts.
- Monitor subcontractors and electricians for quality, productivity and timely completion of work.
- Check material requirements and coordinate with Store/Purchase for timely availability of electrical materials.
- Ensure proper cable laying, termination, testing, insulation testing and commissioning.
- Supervise installation of lighting, power points, DG-related electrical works, transformers and other electrical equipment as applicable.
- Maintain daily progress reports, material records, inspection requests and other site documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants/client representatives for inspections and approvals.
- Identify site issues and provide practical technical solutions.




- Ensure electrical works are carried out as per applicable safety standards and project requirements.
- Monitor wastage, material consumption and proper utilization of electrical materials.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems before handover.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures at the project site.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of building electrical services and site execution.
- Good knowledge of electrical drawings, BOQ and specifications.
- Experience in LT electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, earthing, cable tray and conduit works.
- Good coordination and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and site manpower.
- Good computer knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to prepare daily/weekly progress and material requirement reports.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
- Candidates with experience in large-scale building projects will be preferred.
- Experience in coordination with consultants, clients and MEP contractors will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
