Job Description – Sales Executive
Job Title: Sales Executive
Qualification: Graduate or Master's in Sales & Marketing
Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in Real Estate
CTC: ₹3 LPA
Openings: 1
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve Sales Goals: Fulfil monthly and yearly sales targets.
Find Recent Clients: Reach potential buyers through calls, visits, events, and referrals.
Sell Properties: Explain project details, show properties, and assist clients in selecting the right property.
Negotiate Deals: Discuss prices and terms with clients and close deals smoothly.
Work with Team: Coordinate with marketing and other teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
