Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Reporting Manager to manage reporting, MIS, team performance tracking, data analysis, and management dashboards. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reports and providing actionable insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Monitor team and business performance against targets and KPIs.

Manage and validate operational and business data.

Prepare dashboards and management presentations.

Analyze performance trends and identify gaps.

Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify data.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.

Track productivity, attendance, sales/service performance, and operational metrics.

Provide management with actionable insights and recommendations.





Handle ad-hoc reports and data analysis requirements.

Lead and guide the reporting/MIS team.

Maintain proper documentation and reporting processes.

Skills Required

Robust MS Excel skills — Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, dashboards, etc.

Experience with MIS / Reporting / Data Analysis.

Good knowledge of PowerPoint and reporting presentations.

Knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.

Qualification

Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Preferred Experience

5–7 years in MIS, Reporting, Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar role.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
