We are seeking an active and communicative Human Resources Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will get direct exposure to recruitment strategy by helping source, screen, and interview candidates for our fundraising and outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing candidate profiles across platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media).
- Conducting preliminary phone screenings to evaluate candidate communication and motivation.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintaining applicant trackers and updating candidate statuses.
- Assisting with drafting offer letters and coordinating basic onboarding

What We’re Looking For:

- Freshers or recent graduates / final-year students preferred).




- Robust spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls to potential hires.
- Basic familiarity with Google Sheets or MS Excel.Perks:

Monthly stipend: ₹10,000
