Role Overview

Miss Highness is looking for a creative and energetic intern to support our social media, influencer partnerships, and content marketing. If you understand Instagram trends, love creating content, and enjoy working with creators, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

- Discover and connect with relevant influencers and content creators.
- Coordinate barter, gifting, and paid creator partnerships.
- Manage creator communication, product shipments, and content follow-ups.
- Develop ideas, scripts, briefs, reels, and UGC concepts.
- Assist with shoots and create engaging product & lifestyle content.
- Plan and publish content across Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest & LinkedIn.
- Create social media designs, campaign creatives and promotional content using Canva.
- Edit short-form videos for reels, UGC and digital campaigns.
- Track trends, viral formats, sounds, and new content opportunities.




- Support festive campaigns, contests, giveaways, and brand activations.
- Create creatives for Shopify and marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra & AJIO.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic weekly reports.

Who We’re Looking For

- Creative mindset with a strong interest in social media.
- Positive knowledge of Instagram, Reels, influencers and current trends.
- Basic Canva and video-editing skills.
- Robust communication, coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn.
