- Strong knowledge of clothing and dress manufacturing.
- Positive understanding of the complete production process: fabric inspection → cutting → sewing → finishing → ironing → packing.
- Knowledge of pattern making, grading, marker planning, cutting, and fabric consumption.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, stitching techniques.
- Knowledge of different fabrics and their handling,
- Ability to understand and follow tech packs, size charts, measurements, specifications, and samples.
- Knowledge of line balancing, SMV/SAM, production efficiency, capacity planning, and manpower planning.
- Ability to identify and control common garment defects, alterations, rework, and wastage.
- Experience in maintaining quality standards and ensuring consistency in fitting, measurements, finishing, and appearance.
- Coordination with design, sampling, merchandising, cutting, production, quality, and finishing teams.
- Knowledge of bulk production and timely order completion according to customer requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
