Job Summary

Vaigaicity Promoters is looking for an enthusiastic, target-oriented and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, promoting our projects, conducting site visits and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, online platforms, referrals and other sources.
- Handle customer enquiries and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, property features, pricing and payment plans to customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly and maintain strong relationships.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits.
- Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information.
- Coordinate with the marketing, documentation and site teams.




- Attend client meetings and provide professional assistance throughout the sales process.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales and follow-up reports.
- Stay updated about company projects, market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Real Estate is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills are also welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Tamil communication is required; basic English is preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
