About the Role

AMSOL IT Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator & Social Media Executive Intern to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, supporting social media activities, and contributing to the company's digital presence.

This role is suitable for candidates who are passionate about content creation, social media, video creation, and digital marketing and are interested in gaining practical industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Develop creative ideas for Reels, short videos, posts, stories, and promotional content.
- Assist in planning and maintaining the social media content calendar.
- Research current social media trends, trending topics, hashtags, and content formats.
- Create captions, descriptions, and promotional content.
- Record and edit short-form videos and social media content.
- Create basic posters, thumbnails, graphics, and promotional creatives.
- Support video shoots and content-production activities when required.
- Collaborate with the HR, Marketing, and other internal teams for content requirements.
- Monitor social media performance, including views, reach, engagement, and audience responses.
- Support social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual presentation.




- Take feedback from the team and improve content accordingly.
- Stay updated with new social media trends, AI tools, and content-creation techniques.

Required Skills

- Strong interest in content creation and social media.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate new content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Good writing and caption-creation skills.
- Willingness to learn new AI and content-creation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Eligibility

- Freshers and students with an interest in content creation and social media are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from Digital Marketing, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, or related backgrounds will be preferred.
- Candidates with a portfolio, personal social media page, YouTube channel, or previous content-creation work will have an added advantage.

Internship Terms

- Internship Duration: 3 - 6Months
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM




- Work Location: On-site
- Stipend: As per company policy and discussion.

Performance-Based Employee Conversion

After successfully completing 3 months of internship, the intern may be considered for conversion to a full-time employee based on:

- Teamwork and communication
- Achievement of assigned targets and responsibilities
